Our company increased its capacity 3 times with new installation. It was producing nearly 100 m2/day. Now it is 300 m2/day because of our customers request. We produce the products with Italian machine for the best quality. CNC is proceed by BUSELLATO / poin-point. We can control x-y-z-c axis so produce different models easily.
We use Italian brand ORMA vacuum membrane machine for compressing. The machine controled by computer so, we can watch all stages to compress and intervene. It provides serial production by force of its double tray. The tray size is maximum 3 metres so we can produce 2750x1200 products.
we definitely mind all technical rules to producing. It is controlled all products quality by speacial temperature devices and quality control units.
We added German ALKOR, England COVA, German BENECKE, German HORNDCHUCH brands to our color cologue. We are working with membranes doors for 5 years in Turkey and warrant the quality.
